“Serious but exciting,” was the direction given at the outset of our work for the Brennan Center for Justice, a nonpartisan law and policy institute. So we created arresting graphics that would serve both visitors and staff, in a space that would double as a dramatic background for media events. Brennan Center already had a strong brand identity in their colors and logotype, so we extended that into the space.

Combining flat with dimensional graphics, we employed exciting typographic forms in a completely contemporary manner to display inspiring quotes from the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and Justice Brennan.
